Introduction
The CNC Punching Production Line for Automobile Flat Longitudinal Beams is a comprehensive production system dedicated to punching operations on automotive flat longitudinal beams. Developed by drawing on comparable equipment from both domestic and international markets, aligning with the punching requirements of diverse vehicle frames worldwide, and integrating the strengths of various products, this production line is meticulously engineered. It is capable of flawlessly meeting the flexible processing demands of different frame longitudinal beams, and is characterized by stability and high efficiency.
Production line equipment composition introduction Process flow:
Longitudinal beam preparation→longitudinal electromagnetic automatic feeding→longitudinal material automatic positioning→tail end clamping and auxiliary clamping→workpiece enters the punching host and processed→feed end clamping, auxiliary clamping and processing→punching Finished→Workpiece electromagnetic automatic unloading The processing method is filter type, that is, the longitudinal beam only feeds forward when punching.
The structure of each mechanical device:
1. Longitudinal beam bearing electric trolley: The trolley can be controlled by buttons to drive out of the line, and after loading the pallets hoisted by the crane, it will drive back to the loading position; The load of the trolley is not less than 20 tons, and the stroke is 1.5 m.
2.Electromagnetic sucker automatic feeding device:
The device is composed of bracket, moving beam and its driving device, suction cup beam and lifting device, suction cup control system, etc.; There is a plate detection rod on the suction cup beam, which can automatically stop when it reaches the height of the plate, and can detect whether there is a plate and whether it is sucked, and the work is stable and reliable;
The lifting and lowering of the suction cup beam is guided by a guide rod to ensure synchronous lifting; the moving beam has good rigidity, and the front and rear movement is guided by a guide rail to ensure synchronization at both ends;
The electromagnetic chuck maintains the electromagnetic force when it is off, and reverses the demagnetization when it is energized, which is safe and reliable.
