Application:
It is mainly utilized for high-efficiency drilling of workpieces including flanges, discs, rings, and plates with thickness within the effective range. Through holes and blind holes can be drilled on both single-material parts and composite materials. The machining process of the machine tool is digitally controlled, featuring highly convenient operation. It is capable of realizing automation, high precision, multi-variety production, and mass manufacturing.
1. Drilling Power Head:
The drilling power head is equipped with a dedicated servo spindle motor, which utilizes a toothed synchronous belt for speed reduction and torque enhancement to drive a specialized precision spindle. The spindle incorporates a configuration of six rows of Japanese angular contact bearings (four at the front and two at the rear) to achieve stepless speed variation. It is furnished with a pneumatic tool change system, ensuring precise, rapid, and convenient tool replacement. The feeding motion is driven by servo motors and ball screws. The X and Y axes are capable of linkage and adopt semi-closed-loop control, enabling linear and arc interpolation functions. The spindle end features a BT50 tapered hole and is equipped with a high-speed rotary joint, allowing for processing with a high-speed U-drilling center.
2. Transmission Device:
The high-precision design of guide rails and sliders imported from Taiwan ensures smooth operation and effectively enhances heavy-load capacity.
a. The X-axis and Z-axis each employ two rolling linear guides as guiding and load-bearing rails for horizontal and vertical movement, respectively. This configuration meets the technical requirements of high-speed drilling. For transmission, the X-axis and Z-axis utilize AC servo motors to drive precision ball screws into rotation, thereby achieving linear motion.
b. The Y-axis is equipped with two heavy-duty rolling linear guides on both sides, one of which features a side-mounted structure, collectively forming the Y-axis sliding track. This setup satisfies the high rigidity and strength requirements of the gantry frame, while also offering technical advantages such as a low friction coefficient, high movement speed, excellent vibration absorption performance, and a long service life. The Y-axis transmission adopts dual servo motor synchronous drive technology—with one servo motor on each side—synchronously driving the ball screws to rotate, thus moving the gantry frame and enabling CNC processing.
3. Automatic Lubrication Device and Protective Device:
This machine tool is equipped with an original volumetric partial-pressure automatic lubrication device from Taiwan, which is capable of automatically lubricating all kinematic pairs such as guide rails, screws, and racks without any dead zones, thereby ensuring the service life of the machine tool. The X-axis and Y-axis of the machine tool are furnished with dust-proof protective covers, and waterproof splash baffles are installed around the workbench.
4. Automatic Chip Conveyor and Circulating Cooling Device:
An automatic chip conveyor is installed at the rear of the workbench, with a filter fitted at its end. The automatic chip conveyor adopts a flat-chain design. A cooling pump is mounted on one side, and its outlet is connected to the central water filtration system via a hose. Coolant flows into the chip conveyor, after which the chip conveyor lift pump pumps the coolant into the central outlet filtration system. The filtered coolant is then circulated by a high-pressure cooling pump for cutting cooling purposes.
It is also equipped with a scrap transport trolley, facilitating convenient transportation of iron scraps. This equipment features both internal and external tool cooling systems: during high-speed drilling, the tool is cooled via internal water discharge, while external cooling is utilized for light milling operations.
