The machine features a movable gantry structure, precision ball screw drive system, and a GSK CNC control system, enabling fully automated drilling, tapping, and light milling operations. Chip management and cooling—common bottlenecks in thick plate drilling—are also effectively addressed. The integrated central coolant filtration system, combined with internal and external cooling, ensures efficient heat dissipation and prevents chip accumulation.
