It is used for drilling holes in steel plates. The workpiece to be processed can be steel structure buildings, bridges, connecting plates on iron towers, or large flanges, heat exchanger tube plates, etc. The CNC drilling machine can make the whole process of drilling work to achieve a complete automation degree with high precision and high efficiency. It is suitable for drilling and processing of connecting plates, anchor plates, end plates, templates, flanges, structural parts and other parts of steel structures, bridges, power communication towers, thermal power station boiler brackets and other industries.
Features:
1. The maximum drilling diameter of this machine is up to 50mm, and the holes on the connecting plate and the foundation plate can be drilled.
2. The maximum workpiece thickness is 100mm, and thinner plates can also be stacked and drilled. The workpiece is clamped by hydraulic clamps, which saves labor for operators and saves time when loading and unloading workpieces.
3. The largest workpiece can reach 3000×2000mm. If it is a small piece, it can be installed on the four corners of the worktable (Note: The tightening method is divided into hydraulic automatic tightening).
Equipment introduction:
Lateral skateboard and power head
The lateral sliding plate is installed on the two linear guide rails in front of the gantry, and the ball screw is driven by the AC servo motor to make lateral movement. The power head is installed vertically on the lateral slide. Follow the lateral slide to do lateral movement (Y 1 Y2 axis). The main shaft of the power head adopts hydraulic sensor control, which automatically performs the conversion of fast forward, work forward and fast backward, and does not need to manually set the length of the drill bit and the thickness of the workpiece to be processed. The main shaft gear reducer and the main motor are imported from Germany. A quick-change module with Morse's No. 4 taper hole is installed under the main shaft, and Morse's 3# and 2# reducer sleeves can be installed according to requirements, and drills with different diameters below Ф50mm can be installed. The rotation speed of the main shaft of the drilling machine is steplessly adjusted by the frequency converter, and the working speed is steplessly adjusted by the hydraulic valve.
