High Speed CNC Metal Plate Accuracy Milling Drilling Machine with Tapping BT50 Spindle
Used for drilling, chamfering, tapping and milling of plate/structure parts.
It is mainly used for high-efficiency drilling processing of flanges, discs, rings, plates and other workpieces whose thickness is within the effective range. Drilling through holes and blind holes can be realized on single material parts and composite materials. The machining process of the machine tool is digitally controlled, and the operation is very convenient. It can realize automation, high precision, multiple varieties and mass production.
The machine bed is cast, mainly composed of worktable, movable gantry, movable sliding saddle, drilling and milling power head, automatic lubrication device, protective device, circulating cooling device, digital control system, electrical system, etc. Rolling hard rail pair support and guidance, precision lead screw pair drive, the machine tool has high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.
The workbench is made of grey iron (HT250), which is finished by secondary tempering and vibration aging treatment, with good rigidity and no deformation. The work surface adopts casting structure.
The movable gantry is made of gray cast iron (HT250). The front side of the gantry is equipped with two ultra-high bearing capacity rolling linear guide pairs, a set of precision ball screws and a servo motor, so that the power head slide is used as the Y axis. When moving in the same direction, the drilling power head is installed on the power head slide plate. The gantry movement is realized by the rotation of the ball screw driven by the servo motor through the precision coupling.
The laser interferometer is used to calibrate, and accurately check and compensate the pitch error, backlash, positioning accuracy, repeat positioning accuracy, etc., to ensure the dynamic, static stability and processing accuracy of the machine. Ballbar inspection Each machine uses a British RENISHAW company ballbar to calibrate the true circle accuracy and machine geometric accuracy, and perform circular cutting experiments at the same time to ensure the machine's 3D machining accuracy and circle accuracy.
