Longitudinal support roller table
Composed of a base and a supporting roller to support the sheet; Both ends of the roller are supported by bearings, the roller has good rigidity and impact resistance, and the sheet moves on it;
X-axis main clamp feeding device: 2 sets
The device is composed of servo motor, precision reducer, floating hydraulic clamp, precision linear guide rail, precision rack and support; the servo motor drives the helical gear to rotate through the precision reducer, and converts the rotary motion into linear motion through the rack. The precise feeding of the feeding parts is completed through the precision linear slide rail guide, and the sheet feeding is accurate and stable; the feeding clamp is a floating clamp, which can have good adaptability to some warped sheets, and the clamping force large, reliable clamping, stable work.
Push-pull clamp. The clamp clamps the middle part of the two ends of the longitudinal beam. This clamping method can clamp the plate with a drop on the edge of the plate; the two sides of the host are arranged symmetrically.
X-axis auxiliary clamp feeding device: 2 sets
The device is used for processing the head and tail ends of the beam, and there is one set on each side of the main machine, consisting of hydraulic clamps, base and driving parts;
During the entire workpiece feeding process, when the clamp on the feeding side can not hold the sheet but still punches holes, in order to ensure the accuracy of the punching position, the sheet should continue to have more than two clamping points, and in the process of changing the clamping point, the change of the positioning reference is not allowed. In this case, the auxiliary clamping device effectively solves this problem. Under the push of the oil cylinder, the jaws of the clamp clamp the sheet. In this way, under the pressure of the oil cylinder, there is a second clamping point for the sheet when punching (the first is the main clamp on the blanking side), ensuring smooth and accurate feeding of the sheet.
