Application:
The CNC gantry drilling and milling machine is primarily engineered for drilling, chamfering, tapping, and milling of plates and structural components, encompassing flanges, discs, rings, and plates, with workpiece thicknesses within the effective processing range. It enables the drilling of through holes and blind holes in both single-material parts and composite materials. The machining process is digitally controlled, ensuring highly user-friendly operation, and it supports automated, high-precision production across multiple varieties and in large quantities.
1. Machine Bed and Workbench:
The machine bed undergoes welding, followed by annealing and precision machining, resulting in exceptional dynamic and static rigidity with no deformation. Two high-precision linear guides are mounted on both sides of the bed base, ensuring uniform force distribution on the guide sliders and significantly enhancing the machine tool's rigidity, tensile strength, and compressive resistance. The drive system employs AC servo motors paired with precision ball screw assemblies for double-sided drive, enabling the gantry to move along the Y-axis. Additionally, the workbench is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder clamping system.
2. Drilling Head:
The drilling power head incorporates a dedicated servo spindle motor, which transmits power to a specialized precision spindle via a toothed synchronous belt to boost torque. The spindle is outfitted with a six-row Japanese angular contact bearing configuration (four rows at the front and two rows at the rear), enabling stepless speed adjustment. A pneumatic tool-changing system is integrated into the spindle, ensuring rapid and hassle-free tool replacement.
Feed motion is driven by a servo motor in conjunction with a ball screw. The X and Y axes support linkage and utilize semi-closed-loop control, facilitating linear and circular interpolation functions. The spindle end features a BT50 taper hole, fitted with a high-speed rotary joint, and is capable of processing with a high-speed U-drill featuring a center outlet.
3. Automatic Lubrication Device and Protective Device:
The machine tool is equipped with a Taiwan-manufactured volumetric partial-pressure automatic lubrication device, which enables automatic lubrication of guide rails, lead screws, racks, and other moving pairs without any dead spots, thereby ensuring the machine tool's service life. The X-axis and Y-axis of the machine tool are outfitted with dustproof protective covers, while waterproof splash guards are installed around the workbench.
