Structural Composition:
This machine is mainly constituted by an automatic loading and unloading device, a centering device for automatic compensation of variable-section plates, a feeding device, a punching unit, an automatic waste discharge device, along with hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Product Features:
1. The control system incorporates the SIEMENS 828D CNC system, with feeding powered by servo motors, ensuring high operational efficiency and consistent workpiece precision.
2. A servo central centering device is fitted on the feeding support roller, capable of handling the processing of variable cross-section plates with a height difference of 0-200mm.
3. Up to 25 molds of varying diameters can be mounted, with the installation process being rapid and straightforward.
4. The loading, punching, and unloading of plates are fully automated, thereby reducing operational intensity.
5. Waste materials are automatically discharged and collected.
It exhibits a range of finished longitudinal beam samples processed by the line, covering various specifications used in mining trucks and special vehicles.
