Introduction to the Composition of Production Line Equipment
Process Flow: Longitudinal beam preparation → longitudinal electromagnetic automatic feeding → longitudinal material automatic positioning → tail-end clamping and auxiliary clamping → workpiece entry into the punching main unit for processing → feed-end clamping, auxiliary clamping and processing → completion of punching → electromagnetic automatic unloading of workpieces
The processing mode adopts a filter-type approach, whereby the longitudinal beam only feeds forward during the punching operation.
The structure of each mechanical device:
1. Longitudinal Beam Bearing Electric Trolley:
The trolley can be controlled via buttons to move out of the production line. After loading the pallets hoisted by a crane, it will return to the loading position.
The trolley has a load capacity of no less than 20 tons and a stroke of 1.5 meters.
2. Electromagnetic Sucker Automatic Feeding Device
The device is composed of a bracket, a moving beam and its driving device, a sucker beam and lifting device, a sucker control system, and other components.
A plate detection rod is mounted on the sucker beam, enabling automatic shutdown when reaching the plate height. It can detect the presence of plates and whether they are properly sucked, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
The lifting and lowering of the sucker beam are guided by guide rods to guarantee synchronous movement. The moving beam features excellent rigidity, with its front and rear movement guided by rails to ensure synchronization at both ends.
The electromagnetic sucker retains electromagnetic force when de-energized and achieves reverse demagnetization when energized, ensuring safe and reliable performance.
It showcases an array of finished longitudinal beam samples processed by the production line, encompassing diverse specifications utilized in mining trucks and special-purpose vehicles. These samples distinctly illustrate the precision of hole positions, the smoothness of punched edges, and the attained overall structural integrity, enabling clients and inspectors to visually validate the equipment’s performance.
