Structural Composition
This machine is primarily comprised of an automatic loading and unloading mechanism, an automatic compensation centering device for variable-section plates, a feeding mechanism, a punching unit, an automatic waste discharge mechanism, as well as hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

Product Features
1. The control system adopts the SIEMENS 828D CNC system, with servo motor-driven feeding. It delivers high operating efficiency and ensures stable workpiece precision during processing.
2. A servo-centered centering device is mounted on the feeding support rollers, capable of accommodating the processing of variable-section plates with a height difference of 0–200 mm.

3. It can be equipped with 25 molds of different diameters, and the mold installation process is fast and convenient, minimizing downtime for tool changes.
4. The loading, punching, and unloading of plates are fully automated, significantly reducing the labor intensity of operators.
