Product Introduction:
The CNC gantry-type drilling and milling machine is primarily designed for the machining of tube sheets, flanges, bearings, heat exchangers, and other components in sectors such as petrochemicals, nuclear power, wind energy, boilers, and steel structures. It supports high-speed drilling operations using carbide drill bits with internal cooling or high-speed twist drills with external cooling. 2. The servo-driven sliding drilling power head of the CNC steel plate cutting machine is capable of performing drilling, reaming, tapping, chamfering, and groove milling operations. It can function either in conjunction with other units or independently. The drilling spindle is equipped with a high-precision Taiwan-made spindle (featuring internal cooling) with a BT50 taper hole, and incorporates a butterfly spring automatic broaching mechanism. This configuration facilitates convenient tool changes through the use of a connecting rod and a hydraulic cylinder tool loosening system, allowing for quick interchangeability between drill bits and milling cutters.
