Production process:
The production line is operated according to the following process flow: Uncoiling → Loop (storage) → Servo leveling feeding → 315T punching (cutting) + punching and strengthening press → cold bending → discharging
Special 315T hydraulic punching and cutting machine - 1 set
Purpose: Using high-speed punching dies, different shapes of punching holes can be produced by using different station dies (punching dies need to be replaced when the plate type is changed). The punching positions can be adjusted separately, with reasonable structure, long service life, and convenient adjustment.
The hydraulic system equipped with this punching machine is specially developed for multi-station punching machines. The hydraulic press adopts pump and accumulator control mode and adopts a special hydraulic control module. It has the characteristics of fast punching speed and low noise, and is equipped with a cooler for heat dissipation to meet the needs of continuous production. (This hydraulic system has been successfully used in many production lines)
Structure: It adopts the hydraulic four-column press mode, which is economical and fast. The punching spacing is adjustable in the horizontal direction of the plate, and the change of the punching step can be completed through the electrical control system.
Punching and cutting die: 1 set
The punching machine is equipped with a complete set of punching and cutting dies, which can complete the 18-hole punching of the guardrail plate end. The specific die specifications are finally confirmed based on the punching drawings signed and confirmed by both the buyer and the seller.
