Material loop 2 sets
Function: The first set is used for the speed matching and correction between the buffer traction leveling machine and the servo leveling feeder, and the second set is used for the speed matching and correction between the buffer punching machine and the forming machine. Make the whole line run smoothly.
Structure: The storage device consists of two parts: the arc-shaped roller and the supporting device. There are four groups of arc-shaped rollers, which are placed on both sides of the two storage bins. They are composed of an arc frame and a set of flexible rollers , The surface of the roller is plated with hard chrome. A photoelectric switch is installed in the pit of the discharge bin to control the position of the material roll entering the pit, so that the speed of each working part can be perfectly matched.

Servo leveler and feeding device 1 set
This device is installed in the front of multi-station puncher. It is fixed on puncher base plate. The leveler is 5 rolls model, up layer has 2 rolls and down layer has 3 rolls. Up layer rolls can be pressed down by hydraulic power. These rolls will be done as servo rolls to feed raw material to puncher part.
This servo feeding device is driven by servo motor, operator can set few groups working data on control system, and then servo feeding device will feed raw material sheet one time by one times.

Main roll former 1 set
Structure: The forming unit adopts an independent frame (housing mode), driven by a motor and a reducer, and is driven by a reduction box and a coupling, which are respectively installed on the forming base and the transmission base.
The lower shaft is driven, and the upper and lower shafts use synchronous gears when necessary. The main drive is a sub-reduction gearbox move.
The forming mold is designed by professional software, and the material is made of high-quality mold steel Cr12, quenched
The back hardness is HRC58~62, and some of the forming rollers are made of Cr12MoV material, which improves the mechanical performance and life. The surface of the mold is polished after finishing, with high precision and long life.
