Cutter 1 set
Main components of cutter are base plate, pneumatic cylinder, linear guide rail, cutter frame, cutter die and hydraulic cylinder, etc. hydraulic cylinder supplies power for cutter.
Cutter blade is double edge shear type.
Cutter die material: Cr12MoV (HRC58~62)
Cut length tolerance: ±1.5mm

Hydraulic system 3 sets
These three systems are used to supply power for hydraulic device. The first set system supplies power for decoiler, coil car, assistant frame, guider & press arm, pre-cut and welding part; the second set system supplies power for puncher; the third set system supplies power for final cutter.

Each system uses pump and accumulator composite structure, all decoiler areas, leveling area and punching and cutting parts working speed is much fast and stable. System is better to improve production line working speed. Cooler is matched with air-cooled, high production requirements to meet the work load and high temperatures. The hydraulic system which is specially design for the high speed puncher and moving cutter is much professional. Main hydraulic components are Atos brand.
Main components of hydraulic system includes motor, oil pump, filter, oil tank, hydraulic valve, electromagnetic valve and etc.
Hydraulic oil of this kind of system should be kept on grade 6~8.

Electrical control system 1 set
This system uses PLC to control all working actions. Production quantity and each piece length will be automatically measured; human and machine interface, touch screen is input and cancelled the working data. It is convenient to control the roll forming machine.
The control panel has English operation interface, it is convenient to operator to input and cancel working date.
