Product Introduction:

Production process:

The production line is operated according to the following process flow: Uncoiling → Leveling and feeding → Cold bending → Hydraulic shearing machine → Discharging

Hydraulic cutting machine -1 set

Purpose: Cut the formed parts to the required length.

Structure: It mainly consists of a frame, a cutting die, a hydraulic system, etc. It can be cut off by stopping the machine, with a compact structure, and is flexible and fast.
Equipped with 3 sets of dies (can be increased according to the product) to complete the cutting function of the product.

Hydraulic system -2 sets

Purpose: Provide power support for hydraulic unwinding and cutting.
Structure: The pump and accumulator combination structure is adopted, and the punching and shearing action speed is fast, which improves the production line speed. The air-cooled cooler is used for heat dissipation to meet the production requirements of high load and high temperature.

The hydraulic system is a fast hydraulic system, and the main hydraulic components are YUEKEN products. The main components are: oil pump, motor, hydraulic valve, solenoid valve, filter and hydraulic oil tank, etc. The hydraulic system uses a filter, and the cleanliness of the oil is guaranteed to be 6-8 levels.

Electrical control unit -1 set

The whole line adopts a human-machine control mode combining PLC and touch screen. The specifications, quantity and system parameters of the parts can be set through the touch screen. Multiple sets of operation instructions can be stored at one time. It has a high degree of automation and has an alarm function when the production line is abnormal. The operation of the entire production line can be monitored through the control system. After power failure or shutdown in an abnormal state, processing can continue according to the previously set working parameters.
