Product Introduction

Solar Bracket Punching and Forming Automatic Production Line can achieve the original single sheet of multi-process, uninterrupted production, set uncoiling, levelling, punching, forming, shearing in one continuous production, so that the product appearance standard, punching consistent installation is easy. The production line has high production speed, on-line punching and continuous moulding production, easy to operate and use less labour.

Production process

The production line is carried out according to the following technological process: Uncoiling→Leveling Servo Feeding→Punching→Cold Forming→Hydraulic Shear→Discharging

Unit configuration and function

Hydraulic shearing machine 1 set

Purpose: It is to cut off the molded parts to a certain length. The whole line does not stop when it is cut off. Fast and efficient
Structure: The main components include shear frame, cutting die, hydraulic system and other components.

Cutting tool: 3 sets in total
Knife material: Cr12MoV (hardness after quenching is HRC58~62)

Hydraulic system 1 set

Application: Provide power for punching machine and cutting machine.
Structure: The combination structure of pump and accumulator is adopted, and the speed of punching and shearing action is fast, which improves the speed of production line. The air-cooled cooler is used to dissipate heat to meet the production requirements under high load and higher temperature. The hydraulic system is a fast hydraulic system, suitable for high-speed punching, hole-rolling and shearing cold bending production lines. The main hydraulic components adopt Beijing Huade products.

The main components are: oil pump, motor, hydraulic valve, solenoid valve, filter and hydraulic oil tank.
The hydraulic system adopts filters, and the cleanliness of the oil is guaranteed to be grade 6-8.

Hydraulic system pressure: 22Kpa

Electrical control unit 1 set

The whole line adopts the man-machine control mode combining PLC and touch screen. The specification parameters, quantity and system parameters of the parts can be set through the touch screen. Multiple sets of operation instructions can be stored at one time. The degree of automation is high. It has an alarm function in the event of an abnormality in the production line, and the operation of the entire production line can be monitored through the control system. After power off or abnormal state shutdown, it can continue processing according to the previously set working parameters.

Roll forming machine 1 set

Application: It is used to make the desired finished plate shape to the final desired interface shape through the roll bending process.
When replacing products with different specifications, only part of the spacer needs to be replaced.

Structure: The forming unit adopts an independent rack (torii-style mode). Motor, reducer drive transmission. The forming roller is designed by professional software. The material is made of high-quality die steel Cr12. The hardness after quenching is HRC58~62. The surface of the roller is polished after finishing. The roller has high precision and long life.
The lower shaft is driven, and the upper and lower shafts use synchronous gears for necessary passes.
The outer nut of the archway is left-handed (lower shaft) and right-handed (upper shaft).
