Unit configuration and function

 

1. Feeding machine


Overview: The leader device is installed above the decoiler and guides the steel coil head into the roughing machine with the cooperation of the decoiler. It is mainly composed of 2 powered pressing rollers, 1 pressing head and 1 skid device. The pressure roller, pressure head and skid device are all installed on the frame.


The material head is pressed tightly before uncoiling to prevent the plate head from being pulled back when cutting the strapping tape. The pressure roller provides auxiliary feeding when uncoiling. The length of the feeding platen can be expanded and contracted to adapt to different roll diameters. The feeding platform is driven by an oil cylinder and can swing up and down.

 

The pressure roller is lifted and lowered by a hydraulic cylinder, and the lifting speed is adjustable by a throttle valve; the pressure head is lifted and lowered by a hydraulic cylinder; the skid device is lifted and telescoped by a hydraulic cylinder. Each cylinder is equipped with a hydraulically controlled single valve to maintain pressure to prevent the cylinder from sliding down and internal leakage of the valve.

2. Double roller pinch feeding


a. Overview: This machine is mainly composed of the frame part, the roller part, the main transmission part and the oil cylinder lifting part.


(1) Rack part
The frame adopts an overall welded steel plate structure, which organically combines the roller part, the lifting part and the frame part. It has a reasonable structure and is easy to install and maintain. Computer optimized design is used to ensure the strength, rigidity, accuracy and other performance requirements of the machine tool, meet the correction needs of the plate, and undergo thermal aging treatment after welding.


(2) Roller part
The roller part is composed of 2 sets of pinch rollers, and each set of pinch rollers is arranged up and down in a staggered manner to facilitate the feeding of the guide plate, and adopts a full drive mode.

The material of the roller is 42CrMo. It is a forging. After rough turning and semi-finishing, it is quenched and tempered to HB250-300, surface quenched and then finely ground. The hardness is HRC55~60, and the smoothness is 0.8. The bearings of the work rolls are all self-aligning and have high load-bearing capacity. The bearings have low friction and long service life. The work roll processing process is: forging → rough turning → quenching and tempering → fine turning → rough grinding → surface quenching → straightening → rough grinding → fine grinding. After the work roll has undergone strict inspection, the material inspection report, heat treatment inspection report, flaw detection inspection report, etc. will be provided to the user!


(3) Main transmission part
The main transmission part is driven by a DC motor through a reducer, transfer case and universal coupling to drive the leveling roller. The universal coupling achieves the purpose of connection at different pitches and the lifting movement of the upper row of rollers. The reducer and transfer case both adopt gear transmission.

3. Eleven-roller leveling machine
a. Overview: This machine consists of a set of turtle rollers and eleven leveling rollers. It is mainly composed of a frame part, a work roll part, a pressing part, a transmission part, a dry oil lubrication part, a displacement digital display measuring device, etc. This leveler has reasonable structure, convenient operation and easy maintenance.
(1) Rack part
The frame part is the foundation of this leveler. It adopts a frame-type split structure, which is composed of left and right frames, end beams and connecting beams. Each part is a steel plate welded structure. The tie columns are located in the left and right frames to connect the end beams and maintain appropriate pre-tightening force to ensure that they can withstand the leveling force during work. The whole frame part has a novel shape and is beautiful and elegant.
(2) Work roll part
The work roll part is the core part of this leveler. It is mainly composed of a pair of traction rollers and five leveling rollers. The traction roller adopts full drive, which can effectively pull the sheet material and prevent slipping; the leveling roller adopts the working principle of multi-roller leveling. The sheet material is deformed repeatedly in the forward and reverse directions in the middle of the leveling roller to eliminate internal stress and level the material. the goal of. The leveling roller is made of roll steel (60CrMoV), which has been tempered and surface quenched. It has the advantages of good rigidity, high hardness (HRC62-64), and wear resistance, thus ensuring the accuracy of sheet metal leveling.
