1. 6. Cold-pressing technology is suitable for processing angle steel components with dimensions up to L100×L100×10 (mm), as long as the required bending angle does not exceed 5 degrees.

7. The standard cycle time for cold-pressing operations is 10 seconds per workpiece, whereas the thermal processing cycle spans 120 seconds per unit (subject to the material grade and dimensional specifications of the components being processed). Furthermore, fabrication begins only once the heating temperature reaches 800 degrees Celsius (the red-hot phase), with precise process parameters established based on the material type and required bending angle tolerances.

8. During the thermal treatment phase, once the process parameters are set, operators can begin the cycle by either pressing the start button or activating the foot pedal switch to initiate the fully automated operation sequence. This sequence follows a predetermined series of steps, including the heating feed, application of thermal energy, retraction of the heating elements upon completion, clamping and compression of the workpiece, ram lifting, and the final unloading and retrieval of the processed workpiece.

9. In the integrated thermal processing and cold-pressing mode, once the process parameters are set, cold-pressing operations can commence immediately. The pressure ram does not need to return to its home position; instead, the lower pressing die is raised to create a 100mm clearance, allowing for the effortless removal of the workpiece. This optimized operational flow greatly enhances overall process efficiency.
