The standard cycle time for cold-pressing operations is 10 seconds per workpiece, whereas the thermal processing cycle requires up to 120 seconds per unit, depending on the material grade and component dimensions. Production commences only when the heating temperature reaches 800°C (red-hot stage), with all process parameters precisely configured in accordance with the material type and the designated bending angle tolerances.

During the thermal treatment stage, once the process parameters are configured, operators can initiate the cycle by pressing the start button or engaging the foot pedal switch, thereby activating the fully automated operational sequence. This sequence executes a predetermined series of actions, including the advancement of the heating elements, application of thermal energy, retraction of the heating elements upon completion, clamping and compression of the workpiece, lifting of the ram, and, finally, unloading and retrieval of the processed component.

The pressure ram remains stationary, while the lower pressing die is elevated to provide a 100 mm clearance, facilitating the smooth removal of the workpiece.
