The Corrugation Plate Roll Forming Line enables continuous and integrated production from a single sheet through multiple processing stages without interruption. It combines decoiling, leveling, punching, roll forming, and cutting into one automated production process. This ensures a uniform product appearance, precise hole positioning, and convenient installation. Material loop 2 sets

 

Function: The first material loop is utilized for speed synchronization and correction between the buffer traction leveling machine and the servo leveling feeder. The second loop is used to coordinate speed matching and correction between the buffer punching unit and the roll forming machine, ensuring smooth and stable operation throughout the entire production line.

 

Structure: The storage system consists of two sections: arc-shaped rollers and support assemblies. Four groups of arc-shaped rollers are installed on both sides of the two storage pits. Each group is composed of an arc frame and a set of flexible rollers. The roller surfaces are hard chrome plated to enhance durability and wear resistance. Photoelectric sensors are installed within the discharge pit to monitor and control the position of the material strip entering the storage area, enabling precise speed coordination among all processing stations.

Servo leveler and feeding device 1 set

 

This unit is installed at the front of the multi-station punching machine and is mounted directly on the punch press base.

The leveling machine adopts a 5-roll configuration, consisting of 2 upper rolls and 3 lower rolls. The upper rolls are hydraulically adjustable and can be pressed downward to achieve optimal leveling performance. These rolls also function as servo-driven feeding rolls, delivering the raw material accurately to the punching section.

 

The servo feeding system is powered by a servo motor. Multiple feeding parameters can be programmed and stored within the control system. Based on the preset data, the servo feeder advances the material accurately and repeatedly according to the required feeding length for each punching cycle.

Multi-station puncher 1 set

 

Function: Completes the punching of fifteen φ25 mm holes on the profile in a single operation.

 

Structure: The punching unit adopts a hydraulic four-column press design, providing an economical, reliable, and practical solution with high operating speed and efficiency. The hydraulic system has been specifically engineered for multi-station punching applications. It utilizes a pump-and-accumulator control system combined with a dedicated hydraulic control module. This design offers high punching speed, low operating noise, and stable performance. A cooling and heat dissipation system is incorporated to support continuous production requirements. This hydraulic system has been successfully implemented and proven in multiple production lines.

Main roll former 1 set

 

Structure: The roll forming unit adopts an independent housing-frame structure. Power is transmitted through a motor and reducer system, utilizing reduction gearboxes and couplings mounted separately on the forming base and transmission base. The lower shaft serves as the primary driving shaft, while synchronization gears are installed between the upper and lower shafts when required. The main transmission system incorporates a secondary reduction gearbox to ensure stable and efficient power delivery.

 

The forming rollers are designed using professional engineering software. The roller material is manufactured from high-quality Cr12 tool steel and undergoes heat treatment to achieve a hardness of HRC 58–62. Selected forming rollers are manufactured from Cr12MoV material to further enhance mechanical properties, wear resistance, and service life. All roller surfaces are precision-machined and polished after finishing, ensuring high dimensional accuracy, superior surface quality, and extended operational lifespan. The exterior of the housing frame is equipped with two types of adjustment nuts: left-hand threaded nuts for the lower shaft and right-hand threaded nuts for the upper shaft, allowing convenient and precise roller adjustment.
