1. Workbench:
The worktable is manufactured from premium-grade gray cast iron (HT250) and undergoes secondary stress-relief heat treatment followed by precision machining to ensure excellent metallurgical integrity and long-term dimensional stability. 2. Movable Gantry:
The traveling gantry is fabricated from high-quality gray cast iron (HT250), providing exceptional structural rigidity and vibration resistance. The front section of the gantry is equipped with two ultra-heavy-duty linear rolling guideways, a precision ball screw assembly, and a high-performance servo drive system, forming the machine's Y-axis motion mechanism.
