The equipment is primarily composed of a transverse conveying system, rotary loading unit, material infeed conveyor, CNC feeding carriage, punching module, marking module, cutting module, discharge conveyor, together with the hydraulic system, electrical control system, pneumatic system, and other auxiliary assemblies.

1. The equipment integrates advanced CNC control technology with servo-driven feeding, ensuring outstanding production efficiency and consistently high machining accuracy. Critical hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components are supplied by internationally renowned brands, providing superior reliability, durability, and long-term operational stability.
2. Three punch-and-die assemblies are installed on each side of the machine, allowing three different punch diameters to be accommodated simultaneously. Controlled by the PLC system, the die assemblies move synchronously to automatically adjust the punching reference position, improving machining flexibility and production efficiency.

3. The industrial computer is equipped with a bilingual Chinese-English human-machine interface, offering intuitive operation and real-time graphical display of workpieces. Programming is simplified through direct compatibility with data generated by CAD nesting and lofting software. Operators only need to input workpiece dimensions, hole diameters, reference coordinates, and production quantities to automatically generate machining programs.
4. The CNC feeding carriage is driven by a precision servo motor and incorporates a photoelectric encoder for continuous positional feedback. A closed-loop control system ensures highly accurate positioning, stable feeding performance, and consistent machining quality throughout the production process.

5. Punching, marking, and cutting operations are fully automated. Finished angle steel components are automatically discharged by a pneumatic turnover mechanism, minimizing manual handling, reducing labor intensity, and significantly increasing manufacturing efficiency.
6. The control system consists of an industrial computer, CNC controller, servo drive units, PLC controller, and external sensing devices. Machining operations are initiated simply by entering the required workpiece parameters. In addition, machining programs can be stored, retrieved, displayed, and transmitted according to workpiece identification numbers, enabling efficient production scheduling and management.

7. The marking module adopts a fully enclosed frame construction, providing exceptional rigidity and structural stability. Four character cassette assemblies are installed on the marking head and are automatically selected through program control. The marking reference position can be freely configured to satisfy different processing requirements. The punching, marking, and cutting cylinders feature increased capacity, while the upgraded CNC feeding carriage and reinforced clamping mechanism provide enhanced structural rigidity, operational stability, and machining reliability.
