1. The material feeding system utilizes a CNC-controlled clamping carriage driven by high-performance servo motors, providing rapid material transportation together with outstanding positioning accuracy and repeatability throughout the machining cycle.
2. Three BT40 high-speed precision spindles are arranged to simultaneously machine the three surfaces of H-beam sections. Supporting carbide drilling with an internal coolant supply and spindle speeds of up to 3,000 rpm, the system delivers superior drilling efficiency, excellent hole quality, and effective chip evacuation through an integrated chain-type chip conveyor.

3. The cooling system incorporates advanced minimum-quantity lubrication (MQL) technology, supporting both internal and external cooling modes. Each spindle assembly is equipped with an independent external coolant nozzle and an internal coolant interface, allowing flexible selection of internal cooling, external cooling, or combined operation to suit different machining applications.
4. An optional Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) system enables fully automatic tool replacement without manual intervention, significantly reducing non-productive time while improving overall machining efficiency and production capacity.
