Application:
The CNC Gantry Plate Drilling and Milling Machine is purpose-built for high-precision machining of tube sheets, flanges, bearing plates, heat exchangers, and other plate-type workpieces widely used in petrochemical processing, nuclear energy, wind power, boiler manufacturing, and steel structure fabrication. The machine supports high-speed drilling with internally cooled carbide tools as well as externally cooled twist drills. The equipment is mainly composed of a heavy-duty machine bed, longitudinal slide system, gantry framework, cross slide, vertical feed unit, drilling and milling spindle head, worktable, coolant circulation system, automatic chip removal system, centralized lubrication system, pneumatic unit, electrical control system, and other auxiliary assemblies, forming a comprehensive and highly efficient machining platform.

2. The servo-driven sliding spindle head is capable of performing drilling, reaming, tapping, chamfering, and groove milling operations. It can operate independently or synchronously with multiple CNC axes to provide maximum machining flexibility. The spindle utilizes a high-precision Taiwan-manufactured BT50 spindle with an internal coolant supply and a butterfly spring automatic tool-clamping mechanism. Hydraulic tool unclamping enables fast, convenient replacement of drills and milling cutters, significantly improving production efficiency.

3. High-precision linear guideways are incorporated throughout the machine to ensure smooth travel, outstanding rigidity, and excellent motion accuracy.
