Product Features:
1. The material feeding system adopts a CNC-controlled clamping carriage driven by high-performance servo motors, providing rapid workpiece transportation together with outstanding positioning accuracy and repeatability throughout the machining cycle.
2. Three high-speed BT40 precision spindle units are arranged to simultaneously machine all three faces of H-beam sections. Supporting carbide drilling with through-spindle coolant and spindle speeds of up to 3,000 rpm, the system delivers superior drilling efficiency, excellent hole quality, and effective chip removal through an integrated chain-type chip conveyor.

3. The machine features an advanced Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) cooling system supporting both internal and external coolant delivery. Each spindle assembly is equipped with an independent external spray nozzle and an internal coolant interface, allowing operators to select internal cooling, external cooling, or a combined cooling mode according to specific machining requirements.
4. An optional Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) is available to perform fully automatic tool replacement without manual assistance, significantly reducing changeover time, minimizing machine idle time, and improving overall production efficiency.

5. An optional hydraulic CNC rotary disc marking system can be incorporated into the machine. Driven by a precision servo motor, the marking disc automatically indexes among 36 selectable characters, providing fast, accurate, and repeatable identification marking for structural steel components.
6. Automatic scribing and tapping functions eliminate conventional manual layout operations. The scribing unit precisely marks welding reference lines on both the flanges and webs of H-beams, while the tapping function directly produces threaded holes in structural members, enhancing machining precision, reducing labor input, and increasing manufacturing efficiency.

7. During material feeding and machining, workpiece lifting, side positioning, clamping, locking, and release are all hydraulically actuated.
