2. High-Performance Drilling Unit
The drilling system is equipped with premium BT40 precision spindles manufactured in Taiwan, featuring an internal coolant supply to ensure excellent drilling accuracy, superior hole quality, and extended tool life. Six CNC-controlled spindle heads are symmetrically arranged, with three drilling units positioned on each side of the angle steel profile. When processing holes of identical diameter and equal edge distance, paired spindle heads can drill simultaneously, significantly increasing machining efficiency while maintaining exceptional positional precision.
