Application:
The CNC Gantry Plate Drilling and Milling Machine is specifically developed for high-precision machining of tube sheets, flanges, bearing plates, heat exchanger components, and a wide range of plate-type workpieces used in petrochemical processing, nuclear power generation, wind energy, boiler manufacturing, and structural steel fabrication. The machine supports high-speed carbide drilling with through-spindle coolant, as well as high-speed twist drilling with external coolant. By integrating drilling, chamfering, tapping, milling, and boring into a single CNC machining platform, it provides exceptional machining flexibility and production efficiency. An optional automatic right-angle milling head further enhances its capabilities by enabling efficient side drilling, tapping, and milling of complex workpieces.
