7. Under standard operating conditions, the cold-pressing cycle requires approximately 10 seconds per workpiece, while thermal forming generally requires around 120 seconds per component, depending on material specifications and workpiece dimensions. The thermal bending process begins after the workpiece temperature reaches approximately 800°C (red-hot condition), with optimized process parameters configured according to material characteristics and required bending accuracy.

8. During thermal forming operations, operators only need to input the required processing parameters and start the automatic cycle through either the control button or foot pedal switch. The system then executes the complete programmed sequence automatically, including workpiece feeding into the heating area, induction heating, automatic withdrawal of the heating unit, hydraulic clamping and pressing, ram lifting, and final discharge of the finished component.

9. In the integrated thermal forming and cold-pressing mode, the production cycle can begin immediately after process parameters are entered. The hydraulic ram does not need to return to its initial position after forming; instead, the lower pressing die automatically rises to create a 100 mm clearance, allowing convenient removal of the finished workpiece. This optimized operation method effectively reduces cycle time and improves overall production efficiency.
