The JNC series high-speed CNC angle steel punching, marking, and shearing production line is primarily composed of key functional units, including the punching system, marking system, shearing system, transverse conveying unit, rotary loading system, feeding conveyor, discharge conveyor, CNC feeding carriage, hydraulic power system, electrical control system, and pneumatic system. Product Features:
1. The punching system is configured with either two or three independent punching stations, with each station supporting three punch diameters. The CNC control system automatically regulates the positions of the punching dies, allowing flexible adjustment of hole spacing according to production requirements. The system is capable of producing both round and slotted holes. Combined with high-speed material feeding and rapid punching cycles, it substantially increases production throughput. When processing 50 × 50 × 4 mm angle steel, the line can achieve an output of approximately 9–10 tons per 8-hour shift.

2. The marking system features a fully enclosed, high-rigidity construction that ensures stable and reliable operation. Four character cassette assemblies are provided and automatically selected according to the programmed CNC instructions, while marking intervals can be freely configured to meet different production specifications. An optional rotary disc marking system is also available. With a 10-row character configuration, the disc marking unit automatically selects the required characters without manual intervention, significantly accelerating marking operations and improving overall manufacturing productivity.

3. The cutting unit incorporates a heavy-duty single-blade shearing mechanism designed to provide substantial cutting force and dependable shearing performance. The optimized cutting process minimizes material loss while producing smooth, clean, and high-quality cut edges. An open-access blade holder facilitates rapid and secure blade replacement, reducing maintenance requirements and improving machine availability.

4. The horizontal transfer table automatically delivers angle steel profiles to the rotary loading mechanism. Powered by a motor and precision reduction gearbox, the rotary loading system provides accurate material positioning and stable transfer of angle steel onto the feeding conveyor, ensuring consistent and reliable material handling throughout the production cycle.
5. The CNC feeding carriage securely clamps and accurately transports workpieces, providing excellent positioning precision and repeatability. Driven by a servo motor, the carriage incorporates a photoelectric encoder and closed-loop feedback control system to continuously monitor material position, ensuring precise feeding, stable workpiece handling, and consistent automated machining performance.
