1. High-Precision Transmission System:
The machine is fitted with Taiwan-manufactured linear guideways and precision slider assemblies, ensuring smooth axis movement, stable dynamic performance, and enhanced load-carrying capacity for demanding heavy-duty machining applications.
1). The X-axis is configured with two rolling linear guideways that provide lateral guidance and rigid structural support, fully satisfying the requirements of high-speed drilling operations. An AC servo motor drives a precision ball screw transmission assembly, delivering accurate positioning, smooth axis movement, and dependable linear feeding performance.

The Y-axis is equipped with two heavy-duty rolling linear guideways on each side, with three square-type sliders mounted on each guideway to establish a rigid and stable gantry movement structure. This configuration provides excellent structural rigidity and operational stability, together with low friction, high traverse speed, effective vibration absorption, and extended service life. The gantry adopts a dual-servo synchronized drive system, with servo motors installed on both sides to simultaneously drive the corresponding ball screw assemblies, ensuring synchronized gantry movement and high-precision CNC machining performance.
3). The spindle carriage is supported by four heavy-duty linear guideways, providing high structural rigidity, superior positioning precision, excellent dynamic response, and stable movement characteristics during both high-speed and low-speed machining operations.

2. Automatic Lubrication System and Protective Structure:
The equipment is equipped with a Taiwan-manufactured volumetric automatic lubrication system featuring precision-controlled lubricant distribution. Lubricating oil is automatically delivered to critical moving components, including linear guideways, ball screws, and rack-and-pinion transmission mechanisms, ensuring comprehensive lubrication and effectively prolonging the service life of key machine components. Dust-resistant protective covers are installed on the X- and Y-axis assemblies, while waterproof splash guards are arranged around the worktable to protect major machine components and further improve equipment reliability during operation.
