The JNC Series High-Speed CNC Angle Steel Punching, Marking, and Cutting Production Line integrates a punching unit, marking unit, shearing unit, transverse material transfer system, rotary loading mechanism, infeed conveyor, outfeed conveyor, CNC feeding carriage, hydraulic system, electrical control system, pneumatic system, and other auxiliary equipment. Specially engineered for the automated processing of angle steel used in transmission tower manufacturing, the production line applies comprehensive CNC control throughout the entire processing workflow. Product Features:

 

1. The CNC angle steel punching system is offered in two-station or three-station configurations, with each punching station supporting three distinct punch diameters. Punching coordinates are accurately programmed and managed through the CNC control system, enabling precise processing of both round and slotted holes. Combined with high-speed material feeding and optimized punching cycles, the system substantially improves overall production efficiency. When processing 50 × 50 × 4 mm angle steel, the production capacity can reach approximately 9–10 tons per 8-hour working shift.

2. The marking unit adopts a fully enclosed, high-strength structural configuration, delivering excellent rigidity and stable operational performance. Four cassette-type character holders are automatically selected according to CNC-programmed commands, while marking positions can be flexibly defined based on specific manufacturing requirements. An optional 10-row rotary disc marking mechanism supports automatic character indexing without manual operation, significantly improving marking productivity and overall production capacity.

3. The shearing unit incorporates a heavy-duty single-blade cutting mechanism, providing substantial cutting capacity, precise dimensional control, and consistent shearing performance. Its optimized cutting process reduces material waste while producing smooth, clean cut surfaces with minimal burr formation. The open blade-holder configuration enables convenient access for rapid and secure blade replacement, reducing maintenance-related downtime and improving equipment availability.

4. The horizontal material conveying system automatically delivers angle steel to the rotary loading mechanism through a motor-driven reduction gearbox. 5. Workpieces are securely clamped and conveyed by a servo-actuated CNC feeding carriage. 6. The punching, marking, and shearing units are driven by a high-performance hydraulic system incorporating a high-speed hydraulic power unit and accumulator. Ferrule-type hydraulic fittings provide secure, leak-resistant connections while facilitating routine inspection and maintenance. The hydraulic manifold is equipped with high-quality Atos valve blocks, ensuring stable pressure control, reliable hydraulic operation, and extended component service life.
