Product Composition:
This machine is primarily composed of a transverse conveyor, a rotating loading system, an infeed conveyor, a CNC infeed carriage, a punching unit, a marking unit, a cutting unit, an unloading conveyor, as well as hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems, among other components.
Product Features:
1. Incorporates CNC technology and servo motor feeding, boasting high efficiency and stable workpiece precision. Key hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components are all imported.
2. Each side is equipped with three sets of punches and dies, which can accommodate three types of punches with different diameters. The three sets of moulds can be moved collectively under PLC control to adjust the punching back mark.
3. The computer is equipped with a Chinese/English interface, featuring user-friendly operation and the capability to display workpiece drawings. Programming is simplified, and it can directly utilize program data generated by lofting software. When editing a program, only the workpiece dimensions, hole diameters, back marks, and workpiece quantity need to be input.
4. The CNC infeed carriage is driven by a servo motor, with information fed back via a photoelectric encoder. It adopts closed-loop control to ensure high positioning precision.
5. All marking, punching, and shearing operations are completed automatically. Finished angle steel can be unloaded by a pneumatic turnover device, thereby reducing operational intensity.
