1,Automatic chip conveyor and circulating cooling device:
There is an automatic chip conveyor at the back of the workbench and a filter at the end. The automatic chip conveyor is a flat chain type. A cooling pump is installed on one side. The outlet is connected to the central water filter system with a hose. The coolant flows into the chip conveyor, the chip conveyor lift pump pumps the coolant into the central outlet filtering system, and the high-pressure cooling pump circulates the filtered coolant for cutting cooling.
It is also equipped with a trolley for transporting scraps, which is very convenient for transporting iron scraps. This equipment is equipped with internal and external tool cooling systems. When high-speed drilling, the tool is cooled by internal water outlet, and external cooling is used for light milling.
Automatic low water level alarm
8.1 When the coolant in the filter is at the middle level, the system will automatically connect to the motor to start, and the coolant in the chip conveyor will automatically flow into the filter. When it reaches the high level, the motor will automatically stop working.
8.2 When the coolant in the filter is at a low level, the system will automatically prompt the level gauge to alarm, the spindle will automatically retract the tool, and the machine will stop working.
2,Power-off memory function:
The operation is stopped due to sudden power failure, etc. Use this function to quickly and easily find the location of the last hole drilled before the power failure. Operators can quickly proceed to the next step, saving search time.
The laser interferometer is used to calibrate, and accurately check and compensate the pitch error, backlash, positioning accuracy, repeat positioning accuracy, etc., to ensure the dynamic, static stability and processing accuracy of the machine.
