The mechanical part of the machine is mainly composed of a work table, a power chuck and a cutting head. The worktable and the power chuck adopt the overall design and mechanically complete machining, so that the longitudinal guide rail and the shaft of the power chuck are kept parallel, which greatly improves the working precision of the machine. Two parallel linear guide rails are mounted on the side of the table, and precision racks are mounted between the guide rails. The gears are driven by the drive system on the moving body to realize the longitudinal gear and the rack drive. The power chuck drives the chuck to rotate through the servo motor and the timing pulley, and the work piece is driven by the chuck to realize the forward and reverse rotation. The cutting head is controlled by a dual servo motor for axial and radial deflection.
