Application:
Used for drilling, chamfering, tapping and milling of plate/structure parts.
It is mainly used for high-efficiency drilling processing of flanges, discs, rings, plates and other workpieces whose thickness is within the effective range. Drilling through holes and blind holes can be realized on single material parts and composite materials. The machining process of the machine tool is digitally controlled, and the operation is very convenient. It can realize automation, high precision, multiple varieties and mass production.
Machine structure:
The machine bed is cast, mainly composed of worktable, movable gantry, movable sliding saddle, drilling and milling power head, automatic lubrication device, protective device, circulating cooling device, digital control system, electrical system, etc. Rolling hard rail pair support and guidance, precision lead screw pair drive, the machine tool has high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.
1. Bed and workbench:
The bed is a rectangular tube welded part, which is annealed at high temperature before processing, and annealed twice after semi-finishing to remove stress, and then finish processing, which can ensure the stability of the machine tool accuracy. The worktable is an integral casting of gray iron (HT250), which is finished after secondary annealing and aging treatment, with good dynamic and static rigidity and no deformation. There are well-planned T-slots on the work surface plane for clamping workpieces. Two high-precision linear guides are installed on both sides of the base of the bed, so that the guide rails can be evenly stressed and greatly improve the rigidity and tensile and compressive capacity of the machine tool. The drive system adopts AC servo motor and precision ball screw pair. Make the gantry move in the Y-axis direction. Mobile Gantry
The mobile gantry is cast in gray iron (HT250), and two linear guide rails with ultra-high bearing capacity are installed on the front side of the gantry. A set of precision ball screw pair and a servo motor make the power head slide plate move in the X-axis direction, and drilling power heads are installed on the power head slide plate. The movement of the gantry is realized by the servo motor driving the rotation of the ball nut on the ball screw through the precision coupling.
