Product Composition:
This equipment is primarily consisted of a transverse conveyor, a rotating loading system, an infeed conveyor, a CNC infeed carriage, a punching module, a marking module, a cutting module, an unloading conveyor, alongside hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems, among other constituent elements.
Product Features:
1. It adopts CNC technology and servo motor feeding, boasting high efficiency and stable workpiece precision. All key hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components are imported.
2. Each side is equipped with three sets of punches and dies, which can accommodate three types of punches with different diameters. The three sets of moulds can be moved collectively under the control of PLC to adjust the punching back mark.
3. The system is equipped with a computer featuring Chinese/English interfaces, ensuring user-friendly operation and enabling the display of workpiece diagrams. Programming is streamlined, with direct compatibility for program data generated by lofting software. When editing programs, only the workpiece dimensions, hole diameters, back marks, and workpiece quantities need to be inputted.
4. The CNC infeed carriage is powered by a servo motor, with a photoelectric encoder providing real-time feedback. A closed-loop control mechanism is employed to guarantee high positioning accuracy.
5. The processes of marking, punching, and shearing are fully automated. All finished angle steel can be unloaded via a pneumatic turnover device, thereby reducing operational intensity.
6. The control system comprises a host computer, CNC system, servo motor, PLC, external detection sensors, and other components. Simply input the workpiece dimensions, and the processing procedure will be generated automatically. Additionally, programs can be stored, selected, displayed, and communicated according to the workpiece number.
These specimens, encompassing prevalent specifications and processing scenarios within the angle steel tower sector, enable users to directly inspect the equipment’s processing quality, precision, and workmanship. They serve as a tangible reference for assessing its performance and compatibility with specific production requirements.
It is primarily engineered for drilling and stamping large-size, high-strength angle steel employed in transmission line towers, and is widely utilized in diverse scenarios throughout the construction and upkeep of power transmission infrastructure.
In the construction ofultra-highh voltage (UHV) transmission lines, where towers are required to endure extreme meteorological conditions and heavy loads, this equipment assumes a vital role in processing the angle steel components that constitute the main framework of the towers. It proficiently undertakes the drilling and stamping operations for the angle steel applied in tower bodies,cross-armss, and other critical structural components, ensuring accurate dimensions and robust connections to secure the overall stability of the towers.
