Application:

Equipment Structure:
It is primarily composed of a bed worktable, a movable gantry, a movable slide saddle, a drilling and milling power head, an automatic lubrication device, a protective device, a circulating cooling device, a numerical control system, an electrical system, and other components. Supported and guided by rolling guide pairs and driven by precision lead screw pairs, the machine tool boasts high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.
1. Machine Bed and Workbench:
The machine bed undergoes welding, followed by annealing and precision machining, resulting in exceptional dynamic and static rigidity with zero deformation. Two high-precision linear guides are mounted on both sides of the bed base, ensuring uniform force distribution across the guide sliders and significantly enhancing the machine tool’s rigidity as well as tensile and compressive resistance. The drive system employs AC servo motors paired with precision ball screw assemblies for double-sided drive, facilitating the gantry’s movement along the Y-axis. Additionally, the workbench is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder clamping system.
2. Mobile Gantry:
The mobile gantry is constructed from gray iron (HT250) castings, with two ultra-high load-bearing rolling linear guides mounted on its front side. A set of precision ball screws, in conjunction with a servo motor, enables the power head slide plate to move along the X-axis, and the drilling power head is affixed to this slide plate. The gantry’s movement is realized through a servo motor that, via a precision coupling, drives the ball screw nut to rotate on the ball screw.
3. Mobile Saddle:
The mobile saddle is a precision cast iron structural component. It is equipped with two ultra-high load-bearing CNC linear rail slides, a set of precision ball screw pairs, and a high-precision planetary reducer connected to the servo motor. The weight of the power head is balanced to reduce the screw load and prolong the service life of the screw. It drives the drilling power head to move along the Z-axis, enabling actions such as fast forward, working forward, fast backward, and stopping of the power head, along with functions of automatic chip breaking, chip retreating, and pausing.
