1. The JNC series angle punching shearing and marking machine line workpiece is clamped and fed by the CNC feeding carriage, which boasts high positioning accuracy. The CNC feeding carriage is driven by a servo motor equipped with photoelectric encoder feedback, realizing closed-loop control.

2. The angle punching machine line hydraulic system delivers power for punching, marking, and shearing operations. It employs a high-speed hydraulic station integrated with an accumulator, while the hydraulic lines adopt ferrule-type connections—featuring leak-proof performance and facilitating easy replacement and maintenance. All main hydraulic valve blocks are of the Atos brand, which ensures the hydraulic system operates with stability and high efficiency.

3. The CNC angles steel punching and cutting machine cooling system of the hydraulic station encompasses water cooling, air cooling, or oil chiller options. Customers may select the appropriate cooling method based on their actual operational conditions.

4. The control system is primarily composed of core components including a host computer, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), servo motors, and external detection switches. Operators only need to input processing requirements, after which the processing program can be generated automatically; additionally, the system is capable of reading processing files (such as DXF and NC formats) generated by lofting software. The human-machine interface (HMI) display of the host computer software features an intuitive layout and simple operation. It enables functions including workpiece graphic display, large-capacity data storage, position data display, and fault alarm, among others.
