Product Features:
1. The punching unit is outfitted with two or three sets, and it can be configured with three types of punches that have distinct diameters. The three sets of punching dies are positioned via numerical control to adjust the spacing. This unit is able to punch both round holes and oval holes. Its high feeding and punching speeds boost production efficiency; for angle steel with the specification of 50×50×4mm, the output achieves 9–10 tons per eight-hour work shift.

2. The marking unit adopts a closed structural design, delivering excellent rigidity. It is furnished with four sets of character cassettes, which are selected through program control, and the marking spacing can be set at will. Furthermore, a disc-type marking method is offered as an optional configuration. The disc marking system comprises 10 rows of characters and enables automatic character selection without manual operation, thereby substantially enhancing marking efficiency.

3. The cutting unit utilizes a single-blade shearing system—an engineering design known for its high shear strength. Each cutting cycle generates no waste material, and the resulting cut surface remains exceptionally clean and smooth. The blade housing is equipped with an open-door design, enabling swift and secure blade replacement procedures.

4. The horizontal material table transports angle steel to the rotary material rack. Driven by a motor and reduction gear system, the rotary material rack ensures precise and stable placement of the angle steel onto the feeding conveyor.
5. The workpiece is securely clamped and fed by the CNC feeding carriage, which provides superior positioning precision. The CNC feeding carriage is powered by a servo motor, incorporating a photoelectric encoder for feedback and closed-loop control functionalities.
