Equipment Structure:

1. Drilling Power Head:
The drilling power head is equipped with a specialized servo spindle motor, which drives a precision spindle through a tooth-synchronous belt for deceleration and enhanced torque. The spindle can be replaced swiftly and effortlessly. The feed mechanism is powered by a servo motor and ball screw. Both the X and Y axes are capable of simultaneous motion, and a semi-closed loop control system is employed to enable both linear and circular interpolation functions. The spindle is designed with a BT50 taper, and is fitted with a high-speed rotary joint, facilitating the use of high-speed U-drill center coolant for efficient processing.

2. Transmission Device:
The transmission device utilizes high-precision guide rails and sliders imported from Taiwan, ensuring smooth operation and significantly enhancing load-bearing capacity.
The X-axis and Z-axis are each supported by two rolling linear guide rails, which serve as both guide and load-bearing rails for lateral and longitudinal movements. This configuration meets the technical demands of high-speed drilling. The X-axis and Z-axis transmission systems are driven by AC servo motors, which rotate the precision ball screws to achieve linear motion.
The Y-axis is equipped with two heavy-duty rolling linear guide rails on either side, with two square rail sliders mounted on each guide rail to form a robust Y-axis sliding track. This setup ensures the high rigidity and strength requirements of the gantry frame are met, while also offering advantages such as a low friction coefficient, high-speed movement, excellent vibration damping, and extended service life. The X-axis transmission employs dual-servo motor synchronous drive technology, with one servo motor on each side driving the ball screws in unison. This mechanism facilitates the movement of the gantry frame, enabling precise CNC machining.

3. Automatic Lubrication System and Protective Mechanisms:
This machine tool is equipped with a Taiwan-made volumetric partial pressure automatic lubrication system, designed to provide seamless lubrication to moving components such as guide rails, lead screws, racks, and others, ensuring comprehensive coverage and preventing wear.
