1. High-Level Automation. The production line is equipped with an automated loading system (featuring a horizontal feeding channel and a rotating loading rack), an automated unloading system, and an automatic feeding mechanism. All drilling and steel stamping operations on the angle steel are performed in a single process on this line. The entire workflow is fully automated, eliminating the need for manual intervention and significantly reducing the labor intensity for operators.
2. The drilling spindle is equipped with a Taiwan BT40 precision spindle (including internal coolant), guaranteeing outstanding drilling efficiency and precision. The drilling unit is furnished with six CNC drilling heads, with three positioned on each wing of the angle steel.
