JNC series high speed cnc angle punching, marking and cutting production line is mainly composed of punching unit, marking unit, cutting unit, transverse conveyor, rotating conveyor, feeding conveyor, unloading conveyor, CNC feeding carriage, hydraulic system, electrical system, pneumatic system and so on. This production line is mainly used for the automatic processing of angle steel in tower industry. The processing process is numerically-controlled and the operation is very convenient. It can realize the automatic, high-precision, multi-varieties and mass production.

Product Features:
1. The CNC angle iron punching machine is equipped with either two or three punching units, each capable of accommodating three different punch sizes. These punching units are precisely controlled by numerical control (NC) to adjust the punching positions. The machine is capable of punching both round and oval holes. Its high-speed feeding and punching operations significantly enhance production efficiency. For a 50×50×4mm angle steel, the output capacity is 9-10 tons over an eight-hour shift.
2. The CNC angle punching machine's marking unit features a robust and rigid enclosure. The marking system includes four sets of cassettes, which can be selected via programming, and the typing position can be freely adjusted. Additionally, a disc marking method is available, consisting of 10 rows, and it automatically selects characters without manual intervention, greatly boosting marking efficiency.

3. The CNC angle bar cutting machine is equipped with a single-blade shearing unit, renowned for its high cutting force. Each cut is performed without material waste, and the resulting cutting surface is clean and smooth. The blade housing features an open-door design, facilitating quick and safe blade replacement.
4. The horizontal material table efficiently transfers the angle bar to the rotating material rack, which is powered by a motor and reducer. This system ensures that the angle bar is securely positioned on the feeding conveyor for further processing.
5. The workpiece is securely held and fed by a CNC feeding carriage, ensuring high positioning accuracy. The feeding carriage is driven by a servo motor, with feedback provided by a photoelectric encoder, utilizing a closed-loop control system.

6. The CNC angle steel metal punching and marking machine is powered by a hydraulic system that drives the punching, marking, and shearing operations. It is equipped with a high-speed hydraulic station featuring an accumulator, and the hydraulic lines use ferrule-type connections, which are leak-resistant and facilitate easy replacement and maintenance. 8. The control system consists primarily of an upper computer, PLC, servo motor, external detection switches, and other components. The operator simply inputs the processing requirements, and the system automatically generates the corresponding processing program. It is also capable of reading DXF, NC, and other file formats generated by CAD software. The upper computer's human-machine interface is user-friendly, offering intuitive display and simple operation. It supports functions such as workpiece graphical display, extensive data storage, location data visualization, and fault alarm notifications.
