7. The standard cycle time for cold-pressing operations is 10 seconds per workpiece, whereas the thermal processing cycle lasts 120 seconds per unit (subject to the specific material grades and dimensional requirements of the components being processed). Additionally, fabrication begins only once the heating temperature reaches 800 degrees Celsius (the red-hot phase), with the precise process parameters determined according to the material type and the required bending angle tolerances.

8. During the thermal treatment phase of the workpiece, once the process parameters are set, operators can initiate the cycle by either pressing the start button or using the foot pedal switch to activate the fully automated operation sequence. This sequence follows a predefined series of steps, including the heating feed, application of thermal energy, retraction of the heating elements upon completion, clamping and compressing of the workpiece, ram lifting, and the final unloading and retrieval of the processed workpiece.

9. In the integrated thermal processing and cold-pressing mode, once the process parameters are configured, cold-pressing operations can commence immediately. There is no need for the pressure ram to return to its home position; instead, the lower pressing die is raised to create a 100mm gap, facilitating the easy removal of the workpiece. This streamlined operational sequence greatly enhances overall process efficiency.
