7. The standard cycle time for cold-pressing operations is 10 seconds per workpiece, while the thermal processing cycle requires 120 seconds per unit (subject to the specific material grades and dimensional specifications of the components being processed). Additionally, fabrication of the workpieces begins only once the heating temperature reaches 800 degrees Celsius (the red-hot phase), with the exact process parameters being determined based on the material type and the required bending angle tolerances.

8. During the thermal treatment phase of the workpiece, once the process parameters are set, operators can initiate the cycle by either pressing the start button or using the foot pedal switch to trigger the fully automated operation sequence. This sequence follows a predefined series of steps, including the heating feed, thermal application, retraction of the heating elements upon completion, clamping and compression of the workpiece, ram lifting, and the final unloading and retrieval of the processed workpiece.

9. In the integrated thermal processing and cold-pressing mode, once the process parameters are configured, cold-pressing operations can commence immediately. There is no need for the pressure ram to return to its home position; instead, the lower pressing die is lifted to create a 100mm gap, facilitating the easy removal of the workpiece. This optimized operational sequence greatly enhances overall process efficiency.
