The production line is equipped with an automated loading system, comprising a horizontal feeding channel, a rotating loading rack, and an automatic unloading system, along with an advanced feeding mechanism. All drilling and steel stamping operations on the angle steel are seamlessly integrated into a continuous and efficient workflow. The entire process is fully automated, eliminating the need for manual intervention and significantly reducing labor requirements for operators.

2. The drilling spindle is outfitted with a Taiwan BT40 precision spindle (incorporating internal coolant), ensuring superior drilling efficiency and accuracy. The drilling unit is equipped with six CNC drilling heads, with three positioned on each side of the angle steel. The heads on both sides are capable of simultaneously drilling holes with identical diameters and at consistent intervals from the upper ends of the angle steel flanges.

3. The software features a bilingual Chinese/English interface, offering intuitive navigation and a clear display of workpiece drawings.
4. The programming process is straightforward and efficient; users are required to input the workpiece dimensions, hole diameter, spacing, and quantity to automatically generate the program. Furthermore, CAD/CAM lofting software can be utilized for seamless file conversion. The system is fully compatible with NC1 files generated by TEKLA software.
