Product Introduction:
It is suitable for CNC processing of the web surface of channel steel, both flanges of angle steel, and flat steel (which can be formed into arcs), encompassing marking, punching, and shearing operations. It delivers high machining precision, rapid punching performance, and elevated production efficiency.
It is capable of handling large-scale production of components, as well as small-batch, multi-variety manufacturing during new product development. Each stage is equipped with a push-button station to facilitate single-operator loading and clamping tasks.

Equipment Composition:
Process Flow: The feeding device transports the workpiece to the feed chute → a CNC-assisted feeding trolley with a robotic arm clamps the workpiece → workpiece end positioning → typing machine → CNC punching machines A and B punching → shearing machine shearing → manual control of the discharge chute flipping for unloading.

1. Feeding Device:
Consists of a conveyor chain, sprocket supports, and a transmission mechanism. The chain is equipped with claws to transport the workpieces.
2. Feeding Channel:
2.1 Designed to support and convey workpieces of various specifications.
2.2 Composed of support rollers, channel brackets, and racks, among other components.
3. CNC Feeding Trolley:
3.1 Utilized to secure workpiece blanks and deliver them to the CNC machine along the X-axis.
3.2 The CNC feeding trolley comprises a frame, gears, cylinders, servo motors, and a robotic arm, among other elements.
3.3 Driven by a servo motor, the CNC feeding trolley ensures precise positioning for the longitudinal movement of the workpiece.

4. A-side CNC Punching Machine:
4.1 Comprises the machine frame, base, transmission mechanism, main punching hydraulic cylinder, die-changing system, dies, and pressure apparatus.
4.2 A cylinder actuates a pad to select different dies for punching, enabling rapid die replacement.
4.3 The workpiece is conveyed along the X-axis, while the punching die moves along the A-axis, driven by a servo motor. The die-changing system then sequentially swaps punches of varying diameters to complete the machining of one side of the angle steel workpiece.
5. B-side CNC Punching Machine:
5.1 Consists of the machine frame, transmission mechanism, main punching hydraulic cylinder, die-changing system, dies, and pressure apparatus.
5.2 The workpiece is fed along the X-axis, while the punching die moves along the Y-axis, driven by a servo motor. The die-changing system sequentially exchanges punches of different diameters to process the web of channel steel, one side of angle steel, and the upper holes of flat steel.
5.3 A cylinder actuates a pad to select different dies for punching, ensuring rapid die replacement.

6. Shearing Machine:
6.1 Cuts workpieces to the specified length.
6.2 Comprises the machine frame, shearing die, shearing cylinder, and associated components.
7. Discharge Channel:
7.1 Serves to hold workpieces following punching and shearing operations.
7.2 Composed of channel supports, support rollers, cylinders, and other components.
7.3 After punching and shearing, workpieces are manually pushed to the unloading position and released under the control of a tilting cylinder.
8. Hydraulic System:
8.1 Comprises a control unit, drive hydraulic station, and other auxiliary units.
8.2 Control Unit: Includes hydraulic components managing each punching and shearing machine, along with pressure safety devices.
8.3 Drive Hydraulic Station: Primarily consists of an oil tank, motor, pump, and is equipped with a filtration system.
8.4 Cooling Method: Water-cooled, with inlet water temperature ≤20°C.
8.5 Operating Pressure: High pressure of 25 MPa.

9. Pneumatic System:
9.1 Primarily utilized for die selection, clamping, and related operations.
9.2 Requires compressed air that is free of dust and moisture.
10. Electrical System:
10.1 Composition of the Electrical Control System:
Includes a host computer, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), servo drives, and detection and protection components, among others.
10.2 Operating Modes of the Electrical Control System:
The system functions in two modes: manual and automatic.
In manual mode, each individual machine operates through inching control.
In automatic mode, various categorized operations are executed automatically according to pre-programmed machining procedures.
