Product Introduction:
The JNC series high-speed CNC angle steel production line for punching, marking, and cutting is primarily composed of a punching module, marking module, cutting module, transverse conveyor, rotary conveyor, feeding conveyor, discharge conveyor, CNC feeding carriage, hydraulic system, electrical system, pneumatic system, and other components. This production line is principally designed for the automated processing of angle steel within the tower manufacturing sector. The production procedure is fully numerically controlled, ensuring user-friendly operation. It enables automatic, high-precision, multi-model, and large-scale production.

Product Features:
1. The CNC angle steel punching machine is outfitted with two or three punching modules, each capable of accommodating three distinct punch sizes. These punching modules are precisely managed through numerical control (NC) to accurately adjust punching positions. The machine supports both circular and oval hole punching. Its high-speed feeding and punching operations markedly improve production efficiency. For 50×50×4mm angle steel, the production capacity reaches 9–10 tons during an eight-hour work shift.
2. The marking unit of the CNC angle punching machine is enclosed within a robust and rigid framework. The marking system comprises four sets of cassettes, selectable via programming, with freely adjustable typing positions. Moreover, a disc marking method featuring 10 rows is available, which automatically selects characters without manual intervention, substantially enhancing marking efficiency.

3. The CNC angle steel cutting machine is fitted with a single-blade shearing module, noted for its exceptional cutting force. Each cut is executed with zero material waste, producing a smooth and precise cut surface. The blade housing features an open-door configuration, allowing for rapid and safe blade replacement.
4. The horizontal material table efficiently conveys the angle steel to the rotary material rack, driven by a motor and reducer. This system ensures the angle steel is firmly positioned on the feeding conveyor for subsequent operations.
5. The workpiece is securely clamped and transported by a CNC feeding carriage, ensuring precise positioning. The feeding carriage is powered by a servo motor, with feedback provided by a photoelectric encoder, operating within a closed-loop control system.

6. The CNC angle steel punching and marking machine is driven by a hydraulic system that powers the punching, marking, and shearing operations. It features a high-speed hydraulic station with an integrated accumulator, and the hydraulic lines utilize ferrule-type fittings, ensuring leak-free performance while allowing easy replacement and maintenance. The primary hydraulic valve blocks are supplied by the renowned Atos brand, guaranteeing a reliable and efficient hydraulic system.
7. The hydraulic station offers multiple cooling options, including water cooling, air cooling, or oil chilling. Clients can select the most appropriate cooling method according to their specific operational requirements.

8. The control system is primarily composed of a host computer, PLC, servo motors, external detection switches, and other essential components. Operators simply enter the processing parameters, and the system automatically generates the corresponding processing program. It is also capable of reading DXF, NC, and other file formats produced by CAD software. The host computer features a user-friendly human-machine interface, providing intuitive visualization and straightforward operation. It supports functionalities such as graphical workpiece display, extensive data storage, position data visualization, and fault alarm notifications.
