1. Advanced Automation. The production line is equipped with an automated loading system, including a horizontal feeding channel and a rotary loading rack, as well as an automated unloading system and feeding mechanism. All drilling and stamping operations on the angle steel can be completed in a single pass through the production line. The entire process requires no manual intervention, greatly reducing labor demands and enhancing operational efficiency.

2. The drilling spindle is equipped with a high-precision BT40 spindle sourced from Taiwan, featuring an internal coolant supply to ensure superior drilling efficiency and accuracy. The drilling unit comprises six CNC drilling heads, with three positioned on each wing of the angle steel. For holes with identical diameters and equal distances from the upper edges of the angle steel wings, simultaneous drilling can be performed using the corresponding heads on both sides.

3. The software offers a bilingual Chinese/English interface, providing intuitive operation and enabling clear display of workpiece drawings.
4. Programming is streamlined: when creating a program, users only need to enter the workpiece dimensions, hole diameters, hole spacing, and quantity. Alternatively, direct conversion can be performed using CAD/CAM lofting software. The system is also compatible with .NC1 files generated by TEKLA software.
