1. The CNC angle steel punching machine is equipped with two to three punching stations, each capable of accommodating three distinct punch diameter specifications. All punching stations utilize fully CNC-programmable control to ensure consistent and precise positioning throughout the punching process. The machine is capable of processing both round and slotted holes to satisfy a wide range of operational requirements. Featuring high-speed feeding and punching mechanisms, the equipment achieves substantially enhanced production efficiency. When processing 50×50×4mm angle steel, the daily output can reach 9 to 10 tons during an 8-hour working shift.
2. The marking module of the CNC angle steel processing machine is mounted on a high-rigidity integrated frame structure. The marking system incorporates four cassette assemblies, enabling automatic program-driven switching and full-range adjustment of character positions. Additionally, the equipment features a 10-station rotary disc marking mechanism, achieving fully automatic character selection without manual intervention, thereby significantly improving marking efficiency and overall productivity.

3. The CNC angle steel cutting unit employs a single-blade shearing configuration with superior cutting performance. 5. Workpieces are securely clamped and precisely conveyed by the CNC feeding trolley to maintain accurate positioning throughout all machining procedures. The feeding trolley is powered by a high-performance servo motor and incorporates a photoelectric encoder feedback system, forming a fully closed-loop control system to ensure high-precision feeding and positioning.

6. The CNC angle steel punching and marking machine employs a hydraulic drive system to perform punching, marking, and cutting operations. It is equipped with a high-efficiency hydraulic power unit integrated with an energy-storage accumulator. All hydraulic lines feature ferrule-type connectors, providing reliable sealing and convenient disassembly for maintenance and replacement.
