Product Introduction:
The JNC series high-speed CNC angle steel production line for punching, marking, and cutting is primarily composed of a punching unit, marking unit, cutting unit, transverse conveyor system, rotary loading conveyor, infeed conveyor, discharge conveyor, CNC feeding carriage, hydraulic system, electrical control system, pneumatic system, and other auxiliary components. This production line is specifically developed for automated processing of angle steel in transmission tower manufacturing applications. The entire workflow is fully CNC-controlled, offering simple operation and enabling automated, high-precision, multi-specification, and large-scale production.

Product Features:
1. The CNC angle steel punching machine is equipped with two or three punching modules, each capable of installing three different punch diameters. The punching units are precisely controlled via CNC (NC) programming to accurately adjust hole positions. The system supports both round and oval hole punching. High-speed feeding and punching significantly enhance production efficiency. For 50×50×4 mm angle steel, the processing capacity reaches approximately 9–10 tons per 8-hour shift.
2. The marking unit is designed with a fully enclosed, high-rigidity structure. It includes four cassette-type character groups selectable through programming, with adjustable marking positions. In addition, a rotary disc marking system with 10 rows is available, enabling automatic character selection without manual intervention, greatly improving marking efficiency.

3. The cutting unit adopts a single-blade shearing design characterized by high cutting force and stability. Each cutting operation produces zero material waste with a clean and smooth cutting surface. The blade housing features an open-door structure, allowing fast, safe, and convenient blade replacement.
4. The horizontal feeding table transports angle steel to the rotary loading rack, which is driven by a motor-reducer assembly. This ensures stable positioning of the material on the feeding conveyor for subsequent processing.
5. Workpieces are securely clamped and transported by a CNC feeding carriage with high positioning accuracy. The carriage is driven by a servo motor with photoelectric encoder feedback, operating under a closed-loop control system to ensure precise feeding and positioning.

6. The hydraulic system provides driving force for punching, marking, and shearing operations. It is equipped with a high-speed hydraulic station integrated with an accumulator. Hydraulic pipelines use ferrule-type connections to ensure leak-free performance and easy maintenance. Main hydraulic valve blocks are supplied by the internationally recognized Atos brand, ensuring stable and reliable system operation.
7. The hydraulic cooling system supports multiple configurations, including water cooling, air cooling, and oil cooling. Customers may select the appropriate cooling method based on specific working conditions and operational requirements.

8. The control system consists of an industrial computer, PLC controller, servo motors, and external sensing devices. Operators only need to input processing parameters, after which the system automatically generates machining programs. It also supports DXF, NC, and other CAD-generated file formats. The HMI interface is intuitive and user-friendly, offering functions such as graphical workpiece display, large-capacity data storage, position visualization, and fault alarm diagnostics.
